I’ve been there myself. Years ago, I faced chronic back pain that mirrored the stress I felt owning a business. I couldn’t get my vision clear or remain committed enough to it to have that vision be understood or shared by others. The frustration and disconnect were draining. But this experience and my certifications in somatic and executive coaching programs have taught me something invaluable about leadership: true leadership begins from within, rooted in clarity and conscious awareness.

I saw my future: my back pain from holding on to all the stress and never managing it would turn into endless surgeries that never truly fixed my pain. I’d seen it too many times in friends of my family. I had no desire to go down that road. Without change, the draining cycle continues, and your leadership potential remains capped.
