Nancy, Julianna and the Lead By Design team provide a skillfully guided 2-day training for any leadership team, relationship or partnership and provide ongoing coaching and more. Lead By Design is based on the work of several mentors such as Gay and Katie Hendricks, Julia Colwell and Esther Perel, and is an interactive training with skilled support to help you develop yourself as a leader. You will learn tools, practices, exercises and resources based on their Architecture of Conscious Leaders model. Plus, you will receive personal coaching and peer support to apply the learnings immediately to working scenarios.
